Five people hospitalized in wreck on Beltway 8

HOUSTON, TEXAS – KHOU 11 reports that five people were hospitalized after a wreck on Beltway 8 that occurred early Monday morning.

The two vehicles involved crashed into one another at the intersection of Beltway 8 and West Fuqua. Two people had to be rescued from emergency personnel after becoming trapped inside one of the vehicles.

Five people, including three teenagers, were rushed to the hospital after the crash. The extent of their injuries is not yet known.
