Fire crews respond to collision on Kilkenny Dr in south Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A major vehicle accident was reported late Friday morning in south Houston’s South Acres/Crestmont Park area, according to City of Houston.

Houston police first responded to the scene at 4698 Kilkenny Drive, near Cullen Boulevard, at about 10:14 a.m.

It was unclear what led up to the crash, but by 11:09 a.m., Houston Fire Department crews had also arrived to the site, indicating possible injuries to at least one person.

No further details have been shared at this time, but as of this writing, authorities said no fatalities were reported.
