EMS crews respond to major collision on Louisiana St in Midtown Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A serious vehicle accident was reported late Thursday morning in Houston’s Midtown neighborhood, according to City of Houston.

Houston police, firefighters, and EMS personnel all responded to the scene at 2998 Louisiana Street at approximately 11:10 a.m.

Details are limited, but the collision resulted in an “EMS event,” indicating likely injuries to at least one person.

Authorities have not confirmed the number of people hurt or the extent of their injuries, but as of this writing, no fatalities were reported in the event.
