EMS crews respond to collision on Fondren Rd in SW Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A major vehicle accident was reported early Tuesday afternoon in southwest Houston’s Braeburn neighborhood, according to City of Houston.

Houston police, firefighters, and EMS personnel responded to the scene at 8401 Fondren Road, near West Airport Boulevard, at around 1:45 p.m.

Few details have been provided at this time, but authorities indicated a “major” collision requiring an EMS response, suggesting injuries to at least one person.

Houston police confirmed no fatalities in the event.
