Elderly woman killed after driver runs red light on Navigation Boulevard

HOUSTON, TX – An elderly woman was killed after a driver ran a red light on Navigation Boulevard late Wednesday night, KHOU 11 reports.

The driver admitted to running a red light, leading her to crash into the victim’s car near 6900 Navigation Boulevard. The victim, a 74-year-old woman, was rushed to the hospital where she died of her injuries. The incident occurred around 11 p.m.

No charges have been announced.
