El Paso – Auto vs Motorcycle Accident on North Mesa St

At least one person sustained serious injuries following a major collision between a motorcycle and a car on North Mesa Street, near a busy El Paso intersection, Sunday evening.
At around 5:00 p.m., El Paso police officials were called onto the intersection of N Mesa Street and Resler Drive to assist in a crash. According to the report, a motorcycle, for yet unknown reasons, collided with an undescribed vehicle resulting in injuries. The force of the impact left the rider with fatal injuries. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was listed in serious condition. His identification has not been released at this time.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured. It was not determined if he remained at the scene.
No charges have been made as the investigation is still in progress.
