El Paso – 1 Dead, 2 Injured in Two-Car Crash on Piedras

El Paso local officials are investigating a two-car collision on Piedras Street, February 5th, Wednesday night.

According to initial reports, the incident happened at the intersection of Piedras and Harrison Street. How the crash happened remains unclear at this time but it was confirmed that two vehicles somehow collided with each other.

Three occupants from both vehicles sustained various injuries as a result of the crash. Two of them were transported to the nearest hospital where they were listed in an unknown condition. The third victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by emergency crews. His identification has not been disclosed at this time.

Area investigators were also requested at the scene to determine liability. The crash remains under investigation at this time.
