Driver killed after DUI suspect runs red light, crashes into another vehicle

HOUSTON, TX – One person was killed after a DUI suspect ran a red light at the intersection of Southwest Freeway and Fountainview Drive early Sunday morning.
One person was killed and another person seriously injured in the crash, according to ABC13.
Police say the driver of the vehicle that was hit was pronounced dead at the scene, and a passenger was seriously injured.
The suspect was booked on intoxication manslaughter charges.
