Driver kills cyclist in SW Harris County hit-and-run

HOUSTON, TX – A driver killed a cyclist in a hit-and-run in southwest Harris County on Thursday night, Click2Houston reports.
The car hit cyclist John H. Bryant as he was riding his bicycle near 6440 Sugarland Howell Road. Authorities found Bryant lying in the roadway with no signs of life. The driver was nowhere to be found. Bryant was taken to an area hospital, where he was declared dead.
Investigators believe that the suspect was driving a dark-colored passenger vehicle.
