Driver injures pedestrian in hit-and-run in north Harris County

HOUSTON, TX – A driver injured a pedestrian in a hit-and-run accident in north Harris County on the night of Wednesday, September 17, KHOU 11 reports.

The incident occurred on FM 1960 when a 60-year-old man attempted to cross the street outside a crosswalk. He was hit by a passing vehicle that did not stop at the scene.

Luckily, the man was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive his injuries. Authorities are now on the hunt for the suspect.
