Driver flees the scene after hitting fire truck on Wallisville Road

CHANNELVIEW, TX – A driver fled the scene of a crash after hitting a fire truck on Wallisville Road on Sunday morning, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office reports.
A car hit a fire truck at Wallisville and Sheldon and fled the crash. HCSO on viewed the crash and pursued the car to Rio Villa Park where the driver bailed. The driver hit a fire truck located at the intersection of Wallisville and Sheldon and immediately fled the scene of the crash. Authorities pursued the car to Rio Villa Park where the suspect got out of their car and fled on foot. Eventually, the driver was located by authorities and arrested.
