Driver arrested after fatal crash on Beamer Rd.

HOUSTON, TX – A man was arrested following a deadly crash in southeast Houston on Saturday evening.
According to a report by HPD, 40-year-old Kyle Lozano was speeding in the northbound lanes of Beamer Road, near Fuqua street at about 5:30 p.m.
Police sasy Lozano’s Cadillac Deville ran the red light and slammed into a gray Ford Escape.
Both occupants in the Ford were rushed to a nearby hospital, where the driver died a short time later.
Lozano was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries. He was booked into jail on DWI charges upon release.
