Denton – Austin Daigle Died in Pedestrian Crash on I-35

Denton law enforcement officials have identified the victim who died following a fatal pedestrian crash on Interstate 35 last March 25th.
The fatality was identified as 28-year-old Austin Kent Daigle.
According to initial reports, the incident occurred at around 8:35 a.m. on I-35 in Denton. Austin Daigle was reportedly in the middle of the roadway when a southbound car hit him. As a result, Daigle sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased by emergency crews. Responding authorities did not confirm if the driver sustained any injury.
Area investigators were also requested at the scene to assist in the clearing of the site. They have yet to determine liability.
