Dallas— Yu Luo Dies Following Pedestrian Crash on NorthPark Center

A pedestrian collision in a NorthPark Center parking garage caused the death of one person and injuries to another, Monday night.
According to initial reports, the fatal accident took place at around 10 p.m. A vehicle was traveling in an unsafe speed in the parking area when it struck two pedestrians and crashed into a wall. The impact of the crash left two pedestrians with serious injuries.
One of the victims was identified as 42-year-old Yu Luo. He was pronounced dead at the scene by responding officers. The second victim was taken to a hospital with several injuries but was alert and talking after the accident. He was later identified as Shisuo Wang, 41.
The driver of the hitting vehicle was identified as 28-year-old Christopher Shaw. He was also taken to a hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
A preliminary investigation shows that the Shaw was driving fast during the time of the incident.
