Dallas – Several Injured Following Traffic Accident on Spring Valley Road

Dallas law enforcement officials are conducting an investigation about an auto collision on Spring Valley Road in North Dallas, Saturday.

Initial investigation shows that a vehicle was traveling along Spring Valley near Meandering Way when it went out of control and struck a pole. As a result, two passengers in the vehicle, who are only identified as teens, sustained major injuries and was rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment. Emergency crews said one of the passengers was listed in a critical condition.

The driver, identified as a 16-year-old male, also sustained injuries and was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said the vehicle was traveling at an unsafe speed prior to the crash.

No further details are available as the investigation is still in progress.
