Dallas – Motorcycle Collision on North Central Expressway

Dallas law enforcement officials are investigating a traffic accident on North Central Expressway, early Monday morning.

At around 1:30 a.m., DPS troopers received a call reporting a car accident on N Central Expressway, not so far from SMU Boulevard. When they arrived at the scene, they found a motorcycle rider suffering from fatal injuries. He was taken to the hospital where he received further medical treatment. Based on the initial investigation, the motorcycle was seen traveling along the roadway when, for yet unknown reasons, it collided with a vehicle. Instead of assisting the motorcycle rider, the driver sped off and left the scene. His vehicle was later located by police officers. It was not confirmed if he will be facing charges.

No further details are available.
