Dallas – Hit-and-Run Driver Struck and Killed a Pedestrian on Kiest Boulevard

A pedestrian died after getting struck by a vehicle on West Kiest Boulevard in central Oak Cliff, early Tuesday morning.
The crash happened at around 1:30 a.m. at the 300 block of West Kiest Boulevard. When local troopers arrived at the scene, they found a person lying unconscious at the middle of the street. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. His identification has not been released.
The vehicle that struck the victim did not stop to render aid to the victim and continued on East Kiest. Police described the said car as a black sedan.
Dallas case investigating team is still determining the identification of the suspect driver and his whereabouts.
An investigation is still in progress.
