Dallas – Auto vs Pedestrian Crash on Interstate 635

The Dallas Police Department is conducting an investigation about a pedestrian crash on Interstate 635 near Abrams Road, early Friday morning.

Just before 6:000 a.., local police received a call reporting a car accident involving a pedestrian on I-635. According to the report, a man was struck by a vehicle near the cross streets. The impact of the collision left the pedestrian with significant injuries. He was pronounced deceased by emergency crews who responded to the scene. His identification was withheld pending notification of his next of kin.

Police did not provide information about the driver who struck the victim.

No charges have been made as the investigation is still in progress. Anyone who has information about the case is encouraged to get in touch with local authorities.
