Dallas – Auto vs Motorcycle Accident Leaves Rider Dead

A motorcyclist was pronounced deceased following a fatal collision with a motor vehicle on Singleton Boulevard near Trinity Groves in West Dallas, last Friday morning.
According to a local news source, a motorcycle was traveling along the westbound lane of Singleton near Herbert Street when it crashed into a Dodge Neon that was heading at the opposite direction. When local officers arrived at the scene after 6:00 a.m., they found a motionless motorcycle rider on the ground. He was pronounced dead by emergency medical crews. His identification was withheld pending notification of his next of kin.
Police did not release information about the occupants in the Dodge. Whether the driver remained or fled the scene was not immediately confirmed.
The assistance of the Dallas Police Department was also requested to determine liability. No charges have been made as the investigation is still ongoing.
