Crews respond to pedestrian crash near restaurant in Greater Inwood

HOUSTON, TX — A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle Friday morning in front of a restaurant in Houston’s Greater Inwood area, according to City of Houston.

The incident was reported at Sammie J’s, a bar and grill on 9717 North Houston Rosslyn Road, shortly before 9:40 a.m.

Details are limited, but both Houston police and fire crews responded to the scene.

Authorities have not confirmed any significant injuries in the event, but Houston police said there were no reported fatalities.
