HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A crash involving a big rig led to an oil spill in northwest Harris County this morning, KHOU 11 reports.
The big rid collided with another vehicle at the Tomball Parkway’s intersection with West Montgomery just before 5 a.m. The resulting oil spill blocked main lanes in all directions.
