HOUSTON, TX – Commuters faced major delays resulting from a rush-hour collision on Sam Houston Tollway this morning, according to Houston Transtar.
The incident occurred at 9 AM on September 17, near the South Post Oak intersection. The circumstances leading up to the crash remain unclear at this time.
