Crash blocks 3 lanes on I-610 in southeast Houston

HOUSTON, TX – Several lanes were shut down following a Wednesday afternoon collision on Houston’s southeast side.
According to a report by Total Traffic Houston, the accident took place at about 12:25 p.m. on the eastbound side of I-610 at Woodridge Drive.

The circumstances that led up to the crash are unclear at this time.
Commutes were met with significant delays as at least three right lanes were shut down for some time after the crash.
