One person was sent to a hospital after a motorcycle versus car collision on State Highway 35 last Sunday.
In an unspecified time in the morning, Corpus Christi local troopers were dispatched to Mile Marker 652 on Highway 35 to assist in a crash. We are deeply saddened for the family and loved ones of the injured victim. Our prayers and thoughts are with them. We strongly believe that the Corpus Christi Police Department will do everything to bring those responsible to justice.
Texas is among the states in the US that have the most car accidents which involved injuries and fatalities every year. Some of the common factors contributing to the rising cases of collisions in the area include the worsening traffic situation, weather conditions, and poor driving habits.
Bad driving habits are the greatest cause of a fatal crash. It can be lethal to the person behind the wheel, as well as the drivers on the road. Drivers who do not use their signal to change lanes or those who do not secure their blind spots before shifting direction are more likely to be involved in an accident. Some of the most dangerous driving habits include speeding, unsafe lane change, tailgating, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you or someone you love has been a victim of a car accident with a negligent driver, you have a right to fair compensation for the trauma you experienced and the injuries you have suffered.
