Constables respond to two-vehicle crash on Northwest Fwy in Cypress

HARRIS COUNTY, TX — A two-vehicle accident was reported Wednesday morning on the Northwest Freeway near central Cypress, according to Mark Herman, Harris County Constable for Precinct 4.
The collision occurred in the 26200 block of the freeway (US-290, SH-6) at Cypress Rosehill Road, near Cypress Towne Center. It was first reported by the constable at 9:30 a.m.
No information has been shared on the circumstances behind the event, but the scene remained on the roadway for more than half an hour.
By 10:07 a.m., all lanes were reopened to traffic.
As of this writing, authorities have not reported any serious injuries.
