Constables respond to two-vehicle crash on FM 1960 near east Humble

HARRIS COUNTY, TX — A two-vehicle collision was reported Monday afternoon near the Lake County Plaza shopping center in east Humble, according to Mark Herman, Harris County Constable for Precinct 4.
Constables responded to the scene in the 5300 block of Farm-to-Market 1960 Road East, near Moon Trail Drive, shortly before 1:10 p.m.

By 1:39 p.m., nearly half an hour later, the road remained blocked by the scene, suggesting a significant crash and emergency response.
