Constables respond to two-vehicle accident on FM 1960 E in NE Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A two-vehicle crash was reported Thursday morning on Farm-to-Market Road 1960 East near the Plaza East neighborhood in far northeast Houston, according to Mark Herman, Harris County Constable for Precinct 4.
The collision occurred in the 4000 block of the road near Woodland Hills Drive, east of Humble. It was first reported by the constable at 7:27 a.m.
By 8:13 a.m., the scene had been cleared from the roadway and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
As of this writing, authorities have not disclosed further details regarding the parties involved or the circumstances behind the event.
