Constables respond to crash on Grand Pkwy. in Spring

SPRING, TX – Rush-hour delays were reported following a collision on TX-99 in Spring this morning.
According to a report by Harris County Constable, Mark Herman, the crash took place in the 5500 block of TX-99, near Spring Creek shortly before 9 a.m.

Traffic delays were reported in the area for about an hour after the crash while crews worked to clear the scene.
