Constables respond to collision involving big rig in south Atascocita

HARRIS COUNTY, TX — A two-vehicle crash involving an 18-wheeler was reported Wednesday morning in south Atascocita’s Atascocita Forest area, reports Mark Herman, Harris County Constable for Precinct 4.
Constables responded to the scene near the corner of Madera Run Parkway and Hickory Arroyo Drive shortly before 11:50 p.m.
It was not immediately clear what led up to the accident, but an 18-wheeler collided with a passenger car.
The event left all westbound lanes on the parkway shut down as emergency crews worked the scene.
No information has been released regarding any significant injuries.
