Collision shuts down lanes on I-610 at Memorial Dr.

HOUSTON, TX – Multiple lanes and a shoulder were blocked following a west Houston crash on Thursday morning.

According to Total Traffic Houston, the collision occurred at about 8:50 a.m. in the southbound lanes of I-610 West, near Memorial Drive.

It is unclear if anyone was injured as a result of the crash.

The right two lanes and shoulder were shut down for about 20 minutes while crews worked to clear the scene.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
