Collision shuts down busy I-10 exit ramp in downtown Houston

HOUSTON, TX – Major delays were reported following a collision on a busy exit ramp in downtown Houston on Monday afternoon.

According to Total Traffic Houston, the accident took place at about 2:40 p.m. along the ramp from I-10 inbound to the Eastex Freeway.

Few details regarding the crash are available at this time. However, the exit ramp will be closed until further notice.

It is unclear if anyone suffered injuries as a direct result of the collision.
