HOUSTON, TX – A collision involving 2 vehicles has been reported by Houston Transtar on IH-10 KATY MANAGED LANE Eastbound At BLALOCK RD/ECHO LN at about 8:05 AM on Friday, September 24th, 2021.
The collision reportedly affected the Right Shoulder of the road.
