Collision Kills Two Near 11400 Southwest Freeway

HOUSTON, TX – According to Houston police department, fatalities were reported following a crash involving a Chrysler 300 and a tractor-trailer truck near 11400 Southwest Freeway (South US 59) at 5:20 A.M. on September 12, 2021.

A Chrysler 300 headed north in the southbound lanes near the above address. A tractor-trailer truck was heading southward and drifted into the same lane as the Chrysler.

Both the Chrysler and the 18-wheeler caught fire after the collision. On the motorway guardrail, the 18-wheeler went over and separated from the trailer, which fell on the service road.

The 18-wheeler and Chrysler drivers died at the spot.
