College Station – Sunday Morning Collision on Highway 6 Injured 3

At least three people sustained injuries following a two-vehicle accident on Highway 6 in College Station, Sunday.
Just after midnight, local responding officers responded to Highway 6 between Harvey Mitchell Parkway and Rock Prairie Road to assist in a car collision. According to the report, a white Honda sedan that was traveling on the opposite side of the highway crashed into a Jeep and a sport utility vehicle as it approaches the ramps to Texas Avenue. Several witnesses claim that the driver of the said car appeared to be under the influence. His identification has not been released.
As a result of the crash, three people were injured. Authorities said that none of them was seriously injured. Whether or not they were treated on scene or rushed to the hospital remains unclear at this time.
No citations have been issued as the investigation is still under investigation.
