Cleberne – Auto vs Pedestrian Collision on FM 4

A pedestrian crash on Farm to Market Road 4 turned fatal when the man died from injuries, according to a local news source.

According to initial reports, the incident took place at the 2400 block of FM 4 just before 10:00 p.m. A male pedestrian, identified only as a 56-year-old man, was seen crossing the roadway when he was struck by an undescribed vehicle traveling along FM 4. The impact of the collision left the victim with serious injuries. Unfortunately, he was pronounced deceased by emergency crews who responded to the scene.

Local officers did not disclose information about the driver of the vehicle involved. Whether he remained or fled the scene remains unclear at this time.

No charges have been filed as the investigation is still in progress.
