Channing – 38-year-old Tara Marsh Died in RM 1061 Collision

The woman who died in a deadly car crash on Ranch to Market Road 1061 in Channing has been identified by local authorities.
The fatality was identified as 38-year-old Tara Marsh.
According to police reports, Tara Marsh was a passenger in a Jeep that was traveling along RM 1061 last December 27th. For yet unknown reasons, another vehicle drifted into the Jeep’s path, hitting Marsh’s vehicle in the process. As a result, Marsh suffered from significant injuries and was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, she later died. The Jeep driver and another passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was also transported to a hospital for treatment. Their condition was not immediately released.
Channing police also arrived at the scene to assist in the clearing. No charges have been made as the investigation is still in progress.
