Channelview- Pedestrian injured on Reigate Lane

At least one person was injured after a car accident took place on Reigate Lane, last Tuesday.

According to reports, authorities responded to the scene after they received a call reporting a crash on Reigate Lane and Hitchin Lane, early Tuesday morning. A woman was walking along the street when, for yet unknown reasons, a passing vehicle struck her. The force of impact left her with critical injuries. She was immediately taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital for treatment.

The driver of the suspect vehicle was not yet identified. It remains unknown if he was charged.

Police have yet to release additional information about the collision as the investigation is underway.
