HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Transtar has confirmed a stall on WESTPARK TOLLWAY Eastbound At W HOUSTON CENTER at about 3:23 PM on Monday, September 27th, 2021. The stall caused by a lone vehicle affected the Left lane of the road. Commuters are advised to exercise caution.
