HOUSTON, TEXAS – According to The Houston Chronicle, a car containing a child passenger fell off the North Freeway on the night of Thursday, May 21.
Around 10:30 p.m., two cars were reported to be street racing on the North Freeway near Little York Road. A pickup truck carrying a child along with two other cars swerved out of the way to avoid the street racers.
