Car flies into embankment following wreck in west Houston

HOUSTON, TX – A car flew into an embankment following an accident in west Houston on Friday morning, according to the team at ABC 13.

The crash happened on a feeder road for the Katy Freeway near Post Oak Road. Investigators believe the car slammed through two fences and went airborne before coming to a rest in the bayou below the highway.

A man and a woman were taken to the hospital in stable condition. Impairment may have been involved.
