Burglar slams car into innocent woman’s home in southwest Houston

HOUSTON, TX – A burglar slammed a car into an innocent woman’s home in southwest Houston on Thursday night, according to ABC 13.
Authorities spotted the suspect attempting to rob a nail salon near Westheimer and Gessner Road around 11:30 p.m. that night. Police attempted to apprehend the suspect but he got into his truck and led officers on a chase.
The suspect reportedly turned a corner too quickly and fell out of his vehicle, but the truck kept going and crashed into the woman’s home. The woman was able to get out of the home following the accident, but her new car was completely destroyed.
The suspect has since been arrested.
