Bryan – Susan Brunson Struck and Killed by Car on Boonville Blvd

Bryan law enforcement officials have identified the pedestrian who died in a car crash on Boonville Boulevard, Sunday.
The fatality was identified as 34-year-old Susan Brunson.
Sunday afternoon, police received a notification reporting an auto versus pedestrian collision at the 2500 block of Boonville Road near Town Square Avenue in Bryan. According to initial reports, an SUV was heading east when, for yet unknown reasons, it struck a female pedestrian named Susan Brunson. The impact seriously injuries Brunson who succumbed to her injuries at the scene. The driver of the vehicle involved remained at the scene and waited for the responding officers to arrive. He was not hurt.
No charges have been made as the investigation is still in progress.
