Bridgeport – Two Hospitalized Following a Car Crash on Private Road 1514

The Texas Public of Safety is currently investigating a vehicle accident on Private Road 1514 in Bridgeport last week, April 8th.
According to police reports, an undescribed vehicle was traveling along the roadway when it suddenly went out of control as it approaches a curve. It continued on and crashed into a 2004 Kenworth tractor-trailer and came to rest on its side. As a result, both drivers of the vehicles involved sustained injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. Their injuries were considered to be not life threatening. The driver of the first vehicle was identified as 36-year-old Joshua David Martinez while the tractor-trailer operator was named as 32-year-old Shiron M Dismukes. It was not yet determined why Martinez lost control of the car.
No charges have been filed as the investigation is still in progress.
