Blum – Whitney Morgan Died in a Vehicle Collision on FM 933

A woman was pronounced deceased after getting involved in a vehicle collision on Farm to Market Road 933, Monday.

At around 6:00 a.m., responding officers responded to FM 933 to assist in a car accident involving an SUV and pickup truck. A Nissan SUV was reportedly heading north on the roadway when, for reasons that had not yet been determined, it crashed into a pickup truck that was traveling along the southbound lane.

The driver of the Nissan was declared deceased at the scene. She was identified as 24-year-old Whitney Morgan. Meanwhile, the driver of the pickup truck sustained undisclosed injuries and was transported to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth for further medical attention. His condition was not immediately released.

The Blum Police Department is conducting an investigation.
