TOMBALL, TX – The Harris County Constables cleared a wreck on Pine Plains Drive this afternoon. Two cars collided at the intersection of 1100 Pine Plaines and North Greenprint Circle, blocking traffic. Luckily, Harris County Constables cleared the scene of the accident by 1:37 p.m.
