HOUSTON, TX — A two-vehicle collision involving an 18-wheeler Tuesday morning closed an East Loop Freeway exit ramp in east Houston’s Pleasantville Area, according to Houston Transtar.
The accident happened on the northbound lanes (IH-610 East Loop) at Exit 26A to the East Freeway (IH-10 East). It was verified by Houston Transtar at 11:19 a.m.
Details are limited, but the incident caused a hazmat spill on the roadway, indicating a longer clearance time.
