Bexar County – Bus Collision on Highway 281

Two children were injured when a vehicle collided with a school bus on US Highway 281 in Linn, Bexar County, Tuesday.
At around 8:00 a.m., a passenger vehicle had been traveling along Hwy 281 near Martinez Losoya Road when it went out of control and crashed into a school bus. Police said at least 40 children were on board the bus during the time of the crash. Two of them sustained minor injuries and were both given treatment on the scene. They were not hospitalized. Meanwhile, the drivers from both vehicles were not hurt.
Local police were also requested at the scene to determine liability. They believe weather conditions may have played a role in the accident.
The crash is still under investigation.
