Beckville – Victim of FM 959 Collision Identified

The Beckville Police Department has identified the victim who died in a deadly car accident on Farm to Market Road 959 last November 7th.

The fatality was identified as 21-year-old Zackary Enoch Freeman.

According to the initial investigation, Freeman was driving along FM 959 when, for reasons that had not yet been determined, it drifted off the roadway and struck a number of trees. The impact of the crash left Freeman with fatal injuries. He was pronounced deceased by emergency crews who responded to the scene.

No one else was injured.

Police said Freeman failed to negotiate a curve which caused him to veer the road.
