Axtell – Michael Coleman Died in Suspected Pedestrian Crash on SH 31

The Axtell Police Department has released the name of the man who died in a car accident on US Highway 31, a local news source reported.

The fatality was identified as 52-year-old Michael Coleman.

Last February 17th, police received a report of a man lying in the middle of State Highway 31 at around 8:30 a.m. According to police officers, the victim, identified as Michael Coleman, was already lifeless when they arrived. He was reportedly suffering from injuries similar to a man who got hit by a vehicle. How the crash happened remains unclear at this time. Police did not
also release information about the vehicle as the investigation is still in progress.
