Authorities searching for suspect in deadly hit-and-run in northwest Houston

HOUSTON, TX – The authorities are searching for a suspect in a deadly hit-and-run that took place in northwest Houston this morning, Click2Houston reports.
Police found a man’s body lying in the road near the 9800 block of the Northwest Freeway around 4:15 a.m. Evidence collected suggested the unidentified man was hit by a passing vehicle. The man may have jumped off the connector ramp when he was struck by a vehicle traveling on the service road.
Anyone with information about the incident should contact the Houston Police Department’s Hit-and-Run Unit at 713-247-4072.
